We want you to love your Luminous Glasses order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email us at jebus.figue@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm the details and next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
